In their own words -- Hours Sunday - Thursday 11am - 12am Friday - Saturday 11am - 2am Snuffer’s on Lower Greenville Ave. in Dallas, TX is the original location. Opened by Pat Snuffer in 1978, the original restaurant consisted of a small one-room space that seated 55 customers. The room was furnished with the tables and booths Pat made himself. Similarly, the interior was constructed by Pat and three helpers. It wasn't that he was such a great carpenter, he just didn't have the money to hire professionals. It was truly a labor of love, reflecting the commitment to hands-on involvement that exists today. The original tables and booths are still used in the original "Front Room". While very little has changed, expansion has not been neglected. The "Back Room" was added a year after opening the doors, effectively doubled seating. As the customer count continued to validate the Snuffer's concept, room after room was added, along with an outdoor seating area. Today Snuffer's on Lower Greenville Ave. seats about 350. Not only do we have the best burgers in Dallas, but we are even supposedly haunted by an unidentified spirit who reportedly showed up after one of the building remodelings.

Burgers are a bit dry and definitely not the best in town.
